Sifu Dan Senior-So  

Dan Senior-So is a student of Grandmaster Yuen Man Kai and a 9th generation inheritor of the Northern Praying Mantis system.Having trained for a number of years in the Chinese martial arts Daniel travelled to Hong Kong where he studied under Grandmaster Yuen Man Kai who taught him Northern Praying Mantis and Plum Blossom Mantis fist along with many other of his kung fu brothers.

Qualified at distinction level as an instructor by the Hong Kong Wushu Union and Grandmaster Yuen himself,Daniel has recently been appointed President of the Yuen Man Kai Northern Praying Mantis Association (London) UK.

Aside from his thourough knowledge of the Northern Mantis system, Daniel has studied and become proficient at various Northern and Southern styles of Chinese weaponary and won many awards at local and national level as well as having represented the Lau Gar and Northern Mantis schools at International demonstrations.
